The Jewish Medical Association (UK) follows the long-established tradition of its predecessor organisations in supporting medical students professional development.
This takes the form of scholarships and networking opportunities.
There are three main types of awards: those for electives in Israel, which are open to all UK medical students; and those for international electives, which are given to students that take part in student Jewish Medical Association (UK) events and activities and a new Educational Development Grant for all Jewish Healthcare Students who are members of sJMA.
